Refund Policy for Paid Fees :
Customer's Right to Request a Refund :
The customer is entitled to request a refund of the paid consultation fee under the following conditions:
- If the customer cancels the consultation request within 12 hours of the payment date and expresses a desire for a refund and not to proceed with the consultation topic.
- If the consultation was not provided to the customer due to reasons attributable to the office, and a second appointment was scheduled by the office (in this case only, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the consultation fee).
